I have ordered from Guthrie's twice to be delivered and both times I was shorted something Better to pick up and check your order Response to management: I cannot believe you are blaming the delivery driver. The order is sealed when they pick it up. How about your employees check the order before you hand it off. I know this does not matter to you but I am done with your location. Changing review to 1 star. Learn how to take responsibility and manage.
If you're going to compete in this industry, you better stand out. When you serve a 3 piece meal and charge $9, I expect good sized tenders and freshness. Did not happen. Very disappointing. What's more disappointing, is that my same complaint they've known for months now (other reviews) and they don't change. But what do I know ... 🤦♂️
It’s 7:30pm, drink station broken down, wet floors in the kitchen- girl had to tip toe to go get my drink from drive thru. Used same hands as mopping floors. Never washed them. This is $13. Cmon now Everything is served in to go boxes. I rather they clean the tables. But what do we, customers, know.
