Hesitant to eat here due to so many negative Google reviews, but ultimately gave it a shot and it was fantastic! The service was great, the food came out hot and fresh, and tasted delicious. Would definitely eat here again.
A really sad meal and experience. Asked what I think may have been an AI ordering bot what the Big G meal was, and after a few mins someone replied that they didn't have it but had i guess the same thing under a different name? It took what about 5 minutes to get the meal when I was the only person there. The chicken and fries are clearly old (why did wait so long?). Went to pick up food at 5:30pm, one would assume everything would be fresh as it’s dinner time….absolutely atrocious! Food was literally cold, chicken, fries and Texas toast. Honestly I don’t even have words. I swore after my last bad experience there that I’d never go back (6months ago) but thought I’d give it a shot and pray they’d improved.
