There was a promo on uber eats for bogo 4 piece finger box. The meal is $12. I ordered 4. I paid $39. I only received 2 meals. I ordered 4 using the buy one get one free promo and only received 2. The meals are advertised to include drinks. I received no drinks with a note on the receipt saying they couldn't make the drinks. Then why advertise the meals to include drinks knowing you won't provide them. The kicker is the receipt literally says 4 fingerbox meals but I still only received 2. Guthrie's is the best chicken place ever! Handsdown! It can be pricey for family but most things are now. This location is super friendly and nice. We love going to eat in!
I came through the drive thru and was handed a large cup with a hole in the side and a napkin wrapped around it. I didn’t realize it was a hole and thought it was there just for condensation or some that had spilled over the side when it was filled. I didn’t notice it until I was almost home and half my large lemonade had leaked into my cup holder, then also my lap when I picked it up to put the straw in and take a sip while sitting at a red light. Best tenders hands down! Service has always been top notch and food has always been consistently great. I think I may br addicted to their tea, AND they have the "good" ice.
