Installed railing on steps to upstairs and installed tv on wall in a bedroom. He was great!!! Very professional and did great work! Will rehire for additional work.

30 minutes to tell me they couldn’t complete the work and charged 200$+ for that 30 min rounded up to count for an hour. Ended up asking they just tighten up the front door bolt since I was going to spend money to be told nothing they can do. Also took 3+ weeks to get them out there and their communication team did not follow through well at all. Treat lightly if considering them.

I would give zero stars but it won’t let me. Absolutely horrible experience! The technician further broke what he came out to fix, took no responsibility, ran off because he knew he messed up, said he would come back to make it right, then said he wasn’t coming back. The other repair he did is also a disaster. Will never call again and I am definitely not paying the bill.
