Ordered a 5 piece original box and an extra chicken finger with 2 extra sauces it was $17 total. Had a coupon for a $5 box. When the cashier gave me my receipt she only gave me 10% off which only save me $1.60 so my total was $15. I’m really upset and don’t know why she gave me 10% when the coupon literally said $5 box. Sit tight for the long review but man this place can't get it together. Absolutely awful! Used to enjoy it there but the food has had a major decline in quality every time I give it a chance. Small tenders that are mostly breading, cold and burnt fries, cold burnt toest, and the coleslaw is always a nightmare. Never know what you're gonna get, watery junk or dry cabbage. I just think this establishment is cutting people short, and it’s barely the workers fault. The manager doesn’t give a care, the workers are not able to have a proper role model so they give people food poisoning, self doubt, and ect. The manager needs to get themselves together and actually make this establishment work with better customer treatment, and actual lessons on cleaning and food. There is smoking and profanity there and children go in there. Thank you for your time but they need to get better.
Tried twice on lunch and my chicken fingers and fried were very greasy . Just not for me.
