Food put into containers too hot and melted the styrofoam into the food. The owner needs to know about the lack of following SOPs at 6:30pm on Oct 5, 2025. Guthries franchise SOPs do not allow for food this hot to enter the to go containers. This location is not following their franchise agreements by not enforcing the SOPs. Workers on this shift were obviously not informed on how to handle hot food.
They have some interesting deals like kids eat free with purchase of a drink on Mondays, and a free tea with your order if you follow their page, but they did get my order wrong, their food is much more expensive than their competitor Zaxbys, the portions are smaller, and their French fries are very bad. This is based off their Original box combo compared to a Zaxbys 5 Piece Plate
Great food and will return for sure.
