Very friendly staff, handled patient flow very well. I was relieved to have their care in my time of need. Took time to talk about prevention too. Very satisfied patient.
Called on the weekend to the walk in to ask if they treat yeast infections and urinary tract infections. Was told yea. Drove all the way down to be seen. Waited, paid my co pay Waited almost an hour on the room with screaming kids and blasting tv. To get into the room and wait more just to have an extremely rude woman who preceded to argue with me that i did not speak to anyone on the phone telling me that they treated yeast or urinary tract infections. went to walk in for earache after 20 minutes of watching NP type she looked in my ear and said come back if problem continues. I was there for the problem, no prescription no ear flush no treatment $90 bill???
was not helpful never went to a walk in clinic that wont exam you . NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN
