I’ve used the walk In Clinic on several occasions. I found the personnel extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. Ivme been in for colds and just recently for poison ivy. I’ve always been treated with respect and courtesy. I’m glad this service is offered when my regular dr visit cud take longer to get in to be seen. Thank you , walk in clinic for being available for the little ailments in life.

I went there yesterday. I have a severe pain in my ribs when I cough. I strained or pulled something bad. Possibly cracked a rib. I told them that I would like to make sure I didn’t have a rib fracture. The PA didn’t even look at my area where the pain is. Didn’t do any tests or x-ray. Told me it was likely an intercostal tear and prescribed a steroid. Zero physical assessments done. I paid $50 before being seen and now they say they are sending me a bill for $260. Sheila at the desk with all The tattoos was very rude with nasty looks at 7:00am very unprofessional as my wife was in a lot of pain and ended upon the ER

Very friendly staff, handled patient flow very well. I was relieved to have their care in my time of need. Took time to talk about prevention too. Very satisfied patient.
