My experience with Dr. Andrew Miller was a complete nightmare. Instead of improving, my condition worsened after surgery, leaving me with a massive scar and persistent pain. To make matters worse, he referred me to another doctor, Steven Kohler, to fix his mistakes. But Kohler only made things worse, leaving me with even more severe tennis elbow and nerve damage. Dr. Cunningham is extremely knowledgeable. She stays focused and answers your questions. Her review is thorough. Suggests next steps for follow-up. Expects you to be a partner in your health plan. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Syam was an hour late for my procedure. There I was lying on the table with an I.V., and all sorts of tubes and wires, not having had any food or water since the prior day. The assisting technician, attending nurse, and anesthesiologist all stood there waiting for this inconsiderate man to show up! He never called to let anyone know where he was, or when he might appear for his scheduled appointment! - When he finally did arrive, he never looked at me, and did not apologize to anyone in the room. I have been going to Dr. Giganti for 1 year. Every month to receive a shot in my eye for Branch retina occlusion. I already have anxiety do to the thought of getting a needle in my eye. She would ALWAYS make nasty comments toward me. Example.. after taking a deep breath she said "now Jackie we are not going to go there today. You have been hear several times" When I asked about my options and I said I really do not have a choice in getting shot She said "yes you do have options, you can go blind" also my appts were always sc... read more

Misdiagnosed Needs to stick to her area of expertise and not try to be a Specialist. Doesn’t listen to patients. Poor relationships with other local providers and not willing to collaborate as a team treatment approach. Her way or the highway. Switched providers and the office made this process very difficult.
Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Doesn't seem to listen to your concerns. Always feels like she is running late. Very unsatisfied.
I've been seeing Dr. Syam since 2012. I should not have to call off an entire day of work for an appointment lasting 5 minutes because you never know if he is going to show up or leave you waiting for hours if he shows up at all. I realize he has obligations at the hospital, however, perhaps he should stop taking on patients because this office is clearly overloaded. My appointments are routinely rescheduled, sometimes two times equating to months, and the office staff messes up my prescription refills for maintenance meds, ... read more
