Horrible facility! They are very rude and the secretary Rose was very annoyed when she first picked up the phone. She sighed and then continued to give me attitude about the hospitals protocol. I then stated to her I wouldn't be calling If I was given the information I needed. She clearly wanted to stand her ground and state that she was 'right' and 'knew' what how the situation had taken place. I continuously get told that "a young woman doesn't have the problems you describe." Thank goodness. If a nurse practitioner tells me I'm fine then I muse be. Its so refreshing to constantly be called a liar or to be brushed off by each doctor at this overrated clinic.
