Worse customer service ever. I can never get through to talk to a person. The phone just says you encounted an error and hangs up on you. You can't talk to a person and I can't get my equipment
Customer service secretary that is rude, to intrusive, and tries to inform you of anything she feels the need to. Asks to many questions that are none of her business and slows down a very straight forward conversation. Definitely needs reviewed and reprimanded or replaced.
