Called to inquire on the availability of a mask I'm seeking for CPAP, DASCO associate asked if I was a patient of DASCO. I said no. They informed me that I would need to become a patient, they won't sell me equipment out of pocket. Okay..Do they have the mask I'm looking for to make the transition worth it?.. I'll just go elsewhere lol y'all aren't worth all that hassle just to answer a question.

I’m so thankful for Dasco! After months of trying to get my order filled through Lincare with no success, Dasco reached out right away and got it taken care of so quickly. I also met with RT Marinette H., who was amazing — super kind, professional, and took the time to go over my results and make sure my equipment was working right. Such a great experience all around!
I've always had lovely service at this location with my cpap needs and they used to call me to see if I needed anything. After realizing I was completely out of filters, I'm now on the phone with the "new" Dasco people. It's been 15 minutes. I have yet to speak to a real person. Just on hold. I've had time to go to the website myself and make the request as the irritating, repetitive voice keeps instructing. Erica was fantastic at the Corning office. I have had a lot of issues with DASCO and I hope she has fixed them.
