Update: Note, starting this past June 2026, City Harbor now bills as a part of Cortland Hospital and tacks on $2000 hospital fee which for Excellus Blue is subject to deductible. I have to look elsewhere for my colonoscopy needs Been here a few times now and the Urgent Care is much faster than others in the area. Also been here for other tests and procedures. Very convenient location.

Lazy staff, don’t pick up the phone. I even called while there to see if they would pick up. She ignored the phone call. lol Terrible/garbage/Trash location.
