I contacted the tech on a friday, who informed me that he would go out the same day to check out some door closers for one of my businesss. Well come to find out he did not show on Friday or Monday, and when I called the techs excuse was that he doesnt do work for companies like mine. Which is fine with me but, the tech was not man enough to call back and let me know the situation. So he basically blew me off and left a store with broken door closers.
