We had them replace a 21 year old water softener in a recently purchased house. Their staff were very responsive and did a professional looking job. They have also followed up with an email a couple months later to ensure we were satisfied.
Guthrie and Frey replaced my well pump, but the inlet line subsequently leaked all over my basement and I had to call them back to repair it. The pump malfunctioned less than 3 years after installation. They then charged me twice for the same visit to repair it. Oh, and they wont call you back if you attempt to call and complain about your bill. Terrible experience. I would never recommend them.
