We had a few issues upon move in, but now upon needing to repaint a room in our house we have discovered that their electricians did not properly or safely install some of our outlets. The screws holding the wires were looser than loose, and one screw that had been stripped (that holds the outlet to the box) had been attached to the box with WIRE. Very unprofessional and unsafe, very very disappointed in this Rausch Coleman Build.
Developer had heavy equipment go back and forth through my property without any type of permission and in the process trespassed, and destroyed my property and refuses to repair it correctly. Very unprofessional.
