If negative stars were available, I'd be using them. My mother died at Guthrie Sayer on August 14. To date, 2 weeks have elapsed and I have made 18 phone calls trying to track down and obtain my mothers personal belongings that were with her at the time of her death. The nursing staff was nice, but I wouldn't let the doctors and surgeons neuter my dog!!! They totally botched my relatives surgery, leaving her almost bed bound. And no I am not contacting patient advocates, fix your mess!!!
Staff is absolutely unacceptably rude in ICU familys going through tough situations get disrespected by the receptionist and nurses and they treat their ICU patients like dogs.
