Checked in at 3:40 pm on 3/11/24, had to use a wheel chair because I could not walk at all. My left knee to buttocks has zero strength at all. Waited in the waiting room (which was busy, understandable) in the wheel chair until 6:30 just to be brought back for an MRI. This was the only attention I received as I was wheeled back to the waiting room. Finally at 9:00 pm I told the check-in desk I had to leave.
