I was treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism at the Guthrie CC. It's a difficult time and some patients are focused on themselves without a thought to the others that are suffering around them. I tried to lighten the mood with the staff and I was the one who sometimes brought them snacks. A little kindness reaped dividends when I need them most. I wish there was a way of leaving a review and leaving less than one star. The absolute worst! Checked in with very rude receptionist which already started this as a bad experience. We came here with a pain level of 10/10 and sat in the waiting room for 3 + hours. I understand that there are other people that need to be seen, however we were treated as if we were unwelcome. For such a big hospital who advertises equal and fair treatment, they have an incredibly poor way of showing it. I can say without a doubt I DO NOT recom... read more

I was appalled with our personal experience with this particular facility if in fact it is the newest facility towards the mall. Truly a life altering experience for me and will gladly share a personal life altering experience

They took me back for iron transfusion. After a while they asked me if I need anything .I asked for a snack its been bout half hour and no snack and nobody has come in to ask if I am ok or need anything.
