I wish there was a way of leaving a review and leaving less than one star. The absolute worst! Checked in with very rude receptionist which already started this as a bad experience. We came here with a pain level of 10/10 and sat in the waiting room for 3 + hours. I understand that there are other people that need to be seen, however we were treated as if we were unwelcome. I was appalled with our personal experience with this particular facility if in fact it is the newest facility towards the mall. Truly a life altering experience for me and will gladly share a personal life altering experience
They took me back for iron transfusion. After a while they asked me if I need anything .I asked for a snack its been bout half hour and no snack and nobody has come in to ask if I am ok or need anything.
Corning Cancer Center is like a cancer spa. Patients are treated so special with care and love. I owe my life to the oncologists at Corning as another cancer center suggested a treatment that would have killed me. Corning caught the mistake and stopped it. Excellent cancer staff from the oncologists on down. Even the lady cleaning this top-rate facility has a smile and word of encouragement. I actually look forward to my every six weeks infusion.
