I read the reviews and properly made an appointment to make sure it would be a smooth process. When I arrived, I was asked what I was there for and after I responded, I was told the lab was closed from 12:30 to 1:30 (my appointment was at 12:45) and I should’ve received a call, which I did not receive one. It could’ve been an honest mistake, but frustrating nonetheless when you fast and prepare for it all morning.
There can be a long wait if you don't have an appt. Once I found out you can schedule appts online, my wait time is minimal. I usually get the same person (there's only one here) ~ she's friendly, albeit very very busy, & remembers me.
This place only has 1 lab technician. You must make an appointment. If you walk in, they tell you a wait time, but if appointments show up, they will bypass you and attend them.
