Guthrie needs to train the doctors or nurse's on getting prior approval for the prescription drug Zepbound I was prescribed in May for this and the doctor still hasn't submitted the prior approval forms to the pharmacy.
Dr. Cassetta & his nurse Amy are phenomenal (although I miss Julie, who went elsewhere :( .Attentive, pro-active, & really listens.
