I feel kind of bad only leaving one star because the residents and receptionists on the first floor really are fantastic, just the sweetest, most professional people. But I went to the third floor for blood labs yesterday, and dear lord, if the staff wasn't the rudest I've ever encountered (which is crazy because I've been to some pretty horrible, sketchy clinics before). I went in for some tests. Got right in, results were to be back next day. I called to make an appointment. Was told they were upgrading their computers and had to wait a week to schedule my appointment. Got it scheduled and got right in. I have 2 torn rotator cuffs that hurt like hell. I am having surgery in Columbia. The Dr there needs a letter saying i am in good enough health to have surgery. My test results came back good. Very very on top of there stuff and very nice people
Came here for osteopathic manipulation later in pregnancy. Big surprise that the receptionist who acted like she couldn’t care less why I wanted medical care also did not tell the doctor what I wanted to be seen for. She also scheduled me with someone who seemed to have zero experience with pregnant women, even though I specifically asked if I could please be seen with someone who has that experience.
