Melvin has a very innovative approach for a repair that can be a nightmare for a homeowner. When my elderly father kept having reoccurring septic backups due to root invasion of the line under the house I thought we would have to break the floor up and replace the pipe. Melvin @ Gustum Septic Service is a cut above the rest by a long shot. Had a local septic that couldn't get the job done, so I called Melvin @ Gustum; He used his camera/inspection to show me the sewer pipe issues and then we scheduled a sewer line cleaning. Melvin used different a different toolset/skillset than the other company that tried unsuccessfully. Melvin/Gustum Septic is very professional/responsive, easy to work with!!
I was looking for a local plumber who provided descaling for our original 70' x 4" cast iron pipes under our home. We had constant backups.
