I'm pleased to do a review of this business because everything about their services was exceptional. I had a challenging situation for a new trenchless sewer line but they handled the installation amazingly. They were friendly, competent and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I went with Gustum and couldn't recommend them enough.
Gustum Trenchless is the real deal. Melvin answered my call after hours, quickly figured out what was going on with our septic system, and laid out a clear plan and timeline to fix it. No confusion, no runaround, just straight answers and solutions. On top of that, he’s just a great human. Sewer problems?? Call GUSTUM SEPTIC SERVICE and your problem will disappear!!! Professional and courteous they will take care of the situation. They eliminated our tree root problem by relining. Root problem gone.
Melvin has a very innovative approach for a repair that can be a nightmare for a homeowner. When my elderly father kept having reoccurring septic backups due to root invasion of the line under the house I thought we would have to break the floor up and replace the pipe. After some research I found them on line and Melvin gave us an estimate on the job that was the least invasive approach for the repair. Melvin @ Gustum Septic Service is a cut above the rest by a long shot. Had a local septic that couldn't get the job done, so I called Melvin @ Gustum; He used his camera/inspection to show me the sewer pipe issues and then we scheduled a sewer line cleaning. Melvin used different a different toolset/skillset than the other company that tried unsuccessfully. Melvin/Gustum Septic is very professional/responsive, easy to work with!!
