horrible customer service
Have used this shop several times, but 2 weeks ago we bought a tire from him & wasn't informed it was a RECAP.. It blew out on the interstate & all Gustavo said was "oh I don't sell recaps." Thanks for the new dent & broken fender flare!
ive never had a problem out of any of them they have always gave me good deals on used tires and the used tires were always good with good treads on them.
Have used this place several times and usually no issues, but bought a tire from them a couple weeks ago and then they wouldn't stand behind it when there was an issue that was actually their fault. Wouldn't even give me a break on putting another tire that i brought in on that rim.
Went to have two tires mounted and balanced. When I asked how much was told by two different mexicans in broken English 17 dollars each plus 5 dollars each to remove old tires. When I went to pay the price was 80 dollars. When it should have been 44 dollars plus tax. I was told that I misunderstood because they didn't speak english very well. Do not use this tire shop I should have just went to tire tracks instead.
