He kept insisting since I was 30 weeks that I needed a c section, the day that my water broke he keep asking me if I was positive it was not semen in front of family members, and when it came to me having my c section he told my husband "I told her she needed a c section I told her". I highly regret choosing him and I'm pretty sure if I had chosen another doctor my birthing experience would have been way more positive and different regardless if I needed a c section or not.
Dr. Martell is amazing he is kind, treats you with compassion and respect, answers all your questions and speaks to you like a real person. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail I highly recommend him
My first experience with dr Martell was in 2014, I had a low placenta case and so I was scared .when I met him, he took time to explain what placenta prévia was . He was patient to answer my questions,at that moment I new I was with the best dr and in safe hands as my worries dissapeared . My delivery was great and I had a beautiful and healthy baby boy. Dr. Martell and his staff are amazing. Unfortunately, their out of state billing office is guilty of insurance fraud and improper billing practices. The great doctors and staff aren't at fault for the illegal billing, but it's enough of a reason to go elsewhere for care.
I love Dr. Martell, he is so nice, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. He delivered my boys and my sister's kids. I've never had any issues with him and he is very straight forward. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I love that he sits down and answers all of my questions, no matter how many I have and explains everything clearly.
