Great and staff! The problem I have is getting a refill on a prescription. No one picks up the phone. I submitted a refill on 12/26. Plenty of time to refill. It is now 01/2 and nothing. I understand holidays play a factor. Not sure how they receive notifications of refills. But whatever they are using is not working.
Have been Dr Ferreiras patient for 3 years. I have received excellent care. Necessary test get ordered as needed. Dr takes time to go over them & explain and will ask if I have any questions. This small town Pulmonary Dr has a busy office. His staff Laura handles phone professionally & efficiently considering she has a multi-tasking job. I have not experienced or seen anything negative during my visits.
Honestly have had nothing but trouble trying to get refills for my medication. I get told the doctor isn’t in. He’s only in on Tuesdays. I call and will get put on hold for 10+ minutes when I know the office isn’t that busy. Waiting for my appointment, I’ve seen the desk lady put people on hold to continue chit chatting with I guess someone she knew just laughing it up.
