Great dr! Very attentive. Been going to him for years.
I love Dr. ROS. HOWEVER his staff is forever changing and the last one Maralyn is absolutely evil. Continually messing with medication request thinks she is the doctor. Refuses to allow to speak to nurse or doctor and billed my son for visits when he is completely covered. This had been going on since May and has refused to return his money. They act like its my fault they messed up. So they have a disgusting control freak in that office. I did leave her a parting gift of suppositories and toilet paper. Hoping she takes her ... read more
I've been a patient with Dr Ros for a while now. Very attentive and good listener. Staff is amazing and friendly.
The person who answered the phone for the new patient was very unprofessional and did not allow me to explain what my insurance had told me about my coverage, which will be available the day after it ends this month. The insurance company provided me with a phone number to give to the providers to verify that I am covered. However, this lady didn't have the courtesy to listen to that part, keeping interrupting me every time I started to speak.
