Offices elsewhere can be found with staff to be friendlier, kinder, compassionate, more genuinely caring and comprehensive, and most of all much more respectful.
I love Dr. ROS. HOWEVER his staff is forever changing and the last one Maralyn is absolutely evil. Continually messing with medication request thinks she is the doctor. Refuses to allow to speak to nurse or doctor and billed my son for visits when he is completely covered. This had been going on since May and has refused to return his money. They act like its my fault they messed up. So they have a disgusting control freak in that office. I did leave her a parting gift of suppositories and toilet paper. Hoping she takes her ... read more
Best physician I've ever used! Listens and cares about concerns. Staff friendly and goes the extra step to help with patient needs!
The girls are beautiful and work super hard to get my problems taken care of! Dr.Ros is awesome ,super professional and quick to come to a conclusion! Thanks
I absolutely love Dr. Ros. I cannot stand his office staff, other than Brooklyn. They don’t give not one damn or two about anything that you need.
