Dr. Ross is amazing but his staff is extremely rude. They are disrespectful and lie on the phone. My mom has been a patient for a very long time but the staff never listens or let’s her finish speaking. The staff is extremely rude and they are bringing this business now. I Been a patient for more than 5 Year He is THE BEST DOCTOR, but His new staff the most NOT friendly, compassionate or Helpful . I’m sad about it Because He had THE BEST STAFF BEFORE THEY USE TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THE PATIENT AND ON TOP WITH OUR NEEDS . I am have My needs and His old staff use to be on top of all My needs, This staff don’t care about patients needs AT ALL !! Use to be great office all around with the Best Doctor. I give Dr. Ros 5 and more if I could. He is the most friendly, competent and caring Dr. that you will find in this area. You always see the Dr. as well, not a PA. The nurses and office staff have always been very friendly and efficient, in all my dealings with them, so I don't understand or agree with all the reviews that complain about the office staff or nurses.
