I can’t really say I am satisfied with the service offered here. When I came in for the first time to get an insurance for my car and my bike. They forgot to get from me a signature for the motorcycle insurance. Then I did end up paying full price and a different amount for the motorcycle which was not the amount they told me in the first visit and all because they missed that signature. I don’t recommend this agency at all. People don't know what they doing!
Called to shop for insurance and had the pleasure to speak with Michael. Not only was he extremely professional and pleasant but save me $2500 a year!! I’m so happy to have saved money and also that Michael is now my agent.
Let me tell you what your establishment did for me today. They made my year. I’m 47 years old and was paying way too much money for a car insurance even though I did have a speeding ticket two years ago going like 15 over On John Young by the huge church, which is basically a speed trap because it’s 35 mph there.
