I am really unhappy with the service. He really charged me a high price for what I thought I needed. When I was in the office, I felt that the professionalism was not what I was expecting, I felt that I was treated like a second class citizen because I am an immigrant. I highly would recommend going elsewhere because I feel like he is prejudice and does not take the time to get to know me and my needs. I would really recommend going elsewhere, I will not be using this guy ever again.
My experience: I have been shopping prices, as I do each year, to insure my vehicles. The person answering the phone began requesting information that was personal (SS#, education level, etc.) and irrelevant for an insurance quote. I told them I have all of the necessary data, coverage and amounts, written up and offered to send an attachment, as I have always done in the past.
