Gustavo Cardenas and his entire team with Berkshire Hathaway including Denise, Alexandra, and everyone working behind the scenes are an excellent real estate agency. We trusted him implicitly throughout the whole process to find the right home for our family. He will go above and beyond (and more) and we are extremely grateful for Gustavo's guidance.

Gustavo is the epitome of a professional. He not only guided the sale of the house, but also provided good input in its preparation. It was a pleasure working with Gustavo and his team.

I had the pleasure of working with Gustavo on both selling and buying a house. He is not only knowledgeable about real estate market demand and pricing but also assists in details that a client may not notice. He invested time in understanding the desires, needs and preferences and would then point things out as we looked at properties. It prolonged the process for him but he only cared about finding the right property that checked the boxes desired. He is truly amazing!

Gustavo and team are the best! They made the whole process smooth, from booking viewings through closing. Very happy with our new home and with Gustavo’s help!

Let me start with the fact that I am a Real Estate Broker and have rarely felt compelled to leave a 5 star review for another agent, but working with Gustavo on one of my listings where he represented the buyers was one of the most pleasant transactions I have had. His professionalism, kindness, and calm demeanor made the experience very pleasant and very smooth. He was very reasonable in all phases of negotiations. I look forward to our next deal together!
