Worst location, I have been trying to get ahold of the supervisor for about 2 weeks. I keep getting placed on hold for over 30 min. Then hung up on.The referral coordinator is impossible to get ahold of. I've been trying to reach them regarding important some referrals.*update: Switched to another clinic.
If I could give negative stars I would. Nothing positive to say about this place, the front office staff are more concerned about themselves, Hot Cheetos and lip fillers than actually doing their job. The office doesn’t offer actual pain relief just over the counter Tylenol or Ibuprofen. There are homeless either in front of the building or in the parking lot.
