Want an honest opinion, you came to the right place. My condensor fan stopped spinning. Most companies would try to sell you a brand new AC system. Not here, they gave me a few options. Lets try changing out the capcitor first, a common fan motor power problem. Done. Your fan is spinning but its making a weird noise. You could leave it but I cant gurantee how long the fan will run before it dies. Found time for me during a heat wave when everyone needs cooling help. Diagnosed the problem in less than a minute, washed and drilled and vacuumed out the rust that was clogging the pipe. Done.
