Had some recall work done today. The process was quick and painless. Was in and out in a couple hours. The shuttle driver Chris was fantastic - a kind person and an excellent driver.
So this is the second Kia Sportage we have bought from this dealership and are just as happy with it as the 1st one EXCEPT for one thing. Not sure how much research they did into that windshield down there at Kia Central but I got to say it really sucks...it has some kind of built in defrost wires that actually make the scenery you are seeing through it hazy...now I don't know about you but I take my driving pretty seriously and like to see everything crystal clear so this really gets in the way of that. I went to Gustafson's KIA for an oil change and tire change and decided to look at used vehicles while waiting. I had no intention of buying but in a few days I did. Nick was great. He answered any questions I had and explained everything to do with the vehicle. I never once felt pressured. He even came in on his day off so I could test drive the vehicle.
