I’ve been with PEMCO for the past 10 years. Their customer service is exceptional we’ve never had any trouble. When I need to communicate with them they are very responsive and helpful.

This was a long time ago, but I had the worst experience with the man adjustor who works here. He needs to learn how to have manners and be professional when communicating with his customers, especially with immigrants. Never go to this place, he will treat you terribly!
I’ve been with Gustafson insurance for years. Every time I call, the folks there are so pleasant. It almost doesn’t matter who you get! Most recently, June helped me out. Even though I felt I was calling with a complicated request, June was so helpful and friendly. She both fulfilled my request and got the paperwork back to me in record time. I love this company and of all insurance carriers, these folks are by far the most pleasant to work with.
