Jamie was easy to work with and appeared very knowledgeable in the real estate appraisal process. If I needed an appraisal in the future, I would not hesitate to contact her.
I have been a commercial lender since 2003 and have known and worked with Gustafson & Associates, specifically Braden for the past two decades. They always provide great reports with attention to the details and back up their findings with great research. I highly recommend this firm.
Absolutely incompetent. They were used by a back up mortgage broker and their appraisal came in literally $1 million lower than anyone else. Absolutely absurd valuation. Jaime Dreyer came in arguing before I could get two words out. I've never met someone so rude or unprofessional. Fortunately the backup mortgage was not needed, but Jaime Dreyer set a new standard for incompetence
