Bad-mannered and offensive on the phone - shockingly poor customer service. I called in to arrange my muffler to be fixed and I was hung up on, twice. 1st call - "Hi could I get my muffler fixed?" "The guy who does that is on vacation." "When should I call back to speak with him?” Click. 2nd call – “Hi I think we were disconnected.” “No, he’s out, I’m busy, and that is all you need to know.” Click. My question – why even answer the phone if you don’t want to help a customer? Wow.
