Service at the Leavenworth clinic is just absolutely horrible. After my procedure they did not send the results to my Primary physician. I dont see the point of paying again for a follow up visit just to tell me the results. And they never bothered to schedule a follow up visit to top it off. I had to personally go to the clinic to pickup the results which had medical terms I dont understand. Wait another 2 weeks to get an appointment for me to pay again just for him to explain to me the results. Scam. Never again.

Hardest doctor to get a hold of. The message says what hours and days the 4th St. location is open, except they are only there Fridays. They are at the Lenexa office most of the time. Had me come back 2 weeks after the colonoscopy, which was unnecessary from what I have been able to determine. Insurance would not pay for that visit. My HRA paid it, and so did I without me knowing it was already paid. They told me I had a credit, so I told them to refund me the credit. They never sent a refund, but now they claim the insuranc... read more

This doctor is not a good one. For one, he’s very unfriendly. For two, he doesn’t really care about his patients. I have a virus that he told me my body cleared up and it turns out, it didn’t. Go else were. Save yourself the time… seriously.

Tell me why my first appt was canceled without even telling me? I was also told the appt was 125$ so when I finally got in a few weeks after they canceled me without telling me I paid it. I sat in a room for 2 minutes and the dr did nothing! He just said "ok let's schedule a colonoscopy" No exam NOTHING! Then I left and soon after recieved a text for a bill for $190. Whaaat? Why? You did NOTHING. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
