My sister has taken all of her vehicles to this shop for years and recently for her CLS 550 she offered to bring her own parts and now has denied her service cause he can’t charge for his own used parts. Ohhhh and blocked her from contacting the business. He was even yelling at her and no one especially a loyal customer deserves to be treated as such!! I’m appalled at her encounter and I don’t recommend anyone use this shop.
Gus and his crew are very accommodating and experienced. They got my truck fixed in no time and they know their craft. Definitely recommend!
Formal Complaint I am writing to file a complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct of the owner of this shop. I am a repeat customer who has brought multiple vehicles here for service. On my most recent visit, I requested to provide my own parts and pay for the labor, as I am able to get a military discount. The owner's response was extremely hostile.
