Finally figured out the incompetency and wrong doing here. I brought the car in for a new wiper blade and a new battery. The mechanic broke the arm by not putting the spring back in. I was sold a new wiper blade on this arm but noticed the mechanic struggling to get the arm back on. The arm was working fine before I brought it to Gus. It only had a small streak.
