Finally figured out the incompetency and wrong doing here. I brought the car in for a new wiper blade and a new battery. The mechanic broke the arm that holds the wiper blade and did not put the spring back in. Of course they didn’t tell me and denied breaking it. Even though it was dangling and not against the window. Gus yelled at my girlfriend, who is the kindest soul on the planet and an actual angel on earth, and blamed her for a mistake that his own team made. They stained her seat, and she had it professionally shampooed, but it still smells like cleaning chemicals that his team doused the seat with. When she asked Gus to help cover the cost of the cleaning, he tried to make it seem like it was her fault for not telling him right away—even though she did notify him immediately. I cannot say enough about Gus and his entire team. He was a complete godsend at a difficult time. Being new to the area I was very hesitant about who to take the car to but once there, not only was everyone friendly and extremely helpful but Gus worked with our situation. He went above and beyond. I cannot thank him and is team enough. It’s rare to find people like Gus who truly take the time and care. I would highly recommend this shop.
