I cannot thank Gus, the owner of this shop enough. I drove from Boston to Long Beach for a friend’s bridal shower, when my 2020 Jeep started squealing with an hour left in our trip. The next morning, I went to Gus’s shop with a friend to explain my predicament (brakes were more than likely shot and I was hoping to able to make it back to Boston on Sunday.) It’s so comforting to have a mechanic you can trust. Gus is the BEST!
Finally figured out the incompetency and wrong doing here. I brought the car in for a new wiper blade and a new battery. The mechanic broke the arm that holds the wiper blade and did not put the spring back in. Of course they didn’t tell me and denied breaking it. I was sold a new wiper blade on this arm but noticed the mechanic struggling to get the arm back on. The arm was working fine before I brought it to Gus. But after going there and paying for the blade that was put into a perfectly functioning arm, the blade did not... read more
