Rude, not accepting towards making mistakes will not honor work done in timely manner
A good, honest place. Friendly people. They’re honest about how long it’ll take and get everything done in a timely manner.
Do not go there ! Worst customer service ever. This Gus guy thinks he can talk to people however he wants… asking people for extra and then get an attitude when he doesn’t get the answer he wants. Terrible !!
Best in town. They are honest and know their mechanic work. That's whats important in a mechanic and Gus's Auto embodies those qualities.
Gus and his mechanics and office staff are knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and friendly. I took my 2010 Honda CRV in for a few different issues and his team fixed them all! They don’t take advantage of female customers - an experience I’ve had with many other mechanics. I highly recommend him to everyone in the Long Beach area.
