Do not go there ! Worst customer service ever. This Gus guy thinks he can talk to people however he wants… asking people for extra and then get an attitude when he doesn’t get the answer he wants. Terrible !!

Best in town. They are honest and know their mechanic work. That's whats important in a mechanic and Gus's Auto embodies those qualities.

Gus and his mechanics and office staff are knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and friendly. I took my 2010 Honda CRV in for a few different issues and his team fixed them all! They don’t take advantage of female customers - an experience I’ve had with many other mechanics. I highly recommend him to everyone in the Long Beach area.

Finally figured out the incompetency and wrong doing here. I brought the car in for a new wiper blade and a new battery. The mechanic broke the arm that holds the wiper blade and did not put the spring back in. Of course they didn’t tell me and denied breaking it. I was sold a new wiper blade on this arm but noticed the mechanic struggling to get the arm back on. The arm was working fine before I brought it to Gus. I cannot thank Gus, the owner of this shop enough. I drove from Boston to Long Beach for a friend’s bridal shower, when my 2020 Jeep started squealing with an hour left in our trip. The next morning, I went to Gus’s shop with a friend to explain my predicament (brakes were more than likely shot and I was hoping to able to make it back to Boston on Sunday.)
