Bad experience. If you have issues and call multiple times for help, no response from Dr. Only from secretary. Quote that's what I would expect and keep taken the medicine, these were messages given to me from said secretary. Very poor communicating to the physical therapist. Very poor communication to paient. I have searched new dr. The results are much better. Don't settle for this junk there are better out there!!
Been here three times taking my girlfriend for appointments. We showed up early for the first two visits and had a combined wait time of 2 hours and 45 minutes. So the third time we intentionally showed up 10 minutes late, and they skipped us and let two other patients who arrived after us go first, and both were seeing the same doctor we had an appointment with. When we asked why, we were told it was because we were “late”.
Office staff is very rude and have no compassion for what people are going thru. Dr Federly needs to look real hard at who he has in the front office. After this experience I wouldn’t recommend that someone take their dog there.
