Tried to call to get something figured out then just get rudely hung up on
The worst customer service ever. They are rude and will yell and cuss at you during the whole conversation. Do not recommend. The front desk woman is horrible and deserves to be fired
Atrocious! Such an attitude from the second they answer. Nancy is such an unpleasant person to work with. Trying to resolve something so court fees aren't tacked on. They don't like when you respond with the same attitude as they give you. When asking to confirm information, they responded that they no longer wanted to continue conversation and hung up. Had to call back multiple times to resolve issue. There is a reason this place is a 1 star.
