We blew a tire on the trailer/ car hauler on the interstate. We found Gus’s shop. We made a phone call and pulled up. They immediately made the repair Excellent service.
The guys at the shop were very accommodating. We showed up 2 hrs before they closed. They recommended us going to the auto part store down the block to get a reading. Buy, the parts and they would only charge labor to save us some money.
This is by far the worst semi truck tire shop I’ve ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. I waited forever just to get someone to acknowledge me, and when they finally did, the attitude was rude and careless like they were doing me a favor. The work quality was terrible and the prices were outrageous for such poor service. These guys clearly don’t respect drivers, our schedules, or our equipment. Had tail pipe issues with my rv on a Sunday morning and gus fixed it and had us back on the road by mid afternoon Thanks gus !!
