Update: Service couldn't find the "not working problem" on our collision avoidance system but vehicle did not show any codes - didn't seem to matter that you could run it into a wall without warning or brake assist. Going to take the issue up with Kia itself = It turns out our 2025 Soul GT does not have the forward or reverse parking warning sensors in the front or rear bumpers which is an option we thought we had when we purchased so will have to try to have this installed after market. Top notch service and sales!
Bought my first-ever used car today from Mark Sanford. The process was easy, stress free and straightforward. I think in the age of COVID there is a willingness to streamline the process and not draw out negotiations with "gamesmanship".
