I had a terrible experience with a salesperson named Nichols, if I remember correctly. The interactions were unwelcoming, and whenever we asked questions, he seemed to rush us toward closing the deal. Buying a brand-new car is a significant decision for anyone, and it's important to feel supported throughout the process. In contrast, I visited other dealers in town and had a great experience. It could be the same at your dealership.

Excellent service
I had a great experience at this dealership, and Michelle was an exceptional sales associate—very knowledgeable and helpful. The transaction was very smooth, and she went above and beyond to help.
Not impressed with level of service in the past year. Communication is lacking with Service manager and staff. Sales and upfront desk is tops. Will be driving out to other KIA dealership or local garage for simple services moving forward.
