It was my the only place to go for to service my Kia. For the least few days, that I am trying to contact them to schedule an appointment as my car had starter issue, the service department wont answer calls and goes into leaving messages. I left few messages but no return call. Had to drop 4 stars. I was able to schedule appointment at Kia LaFontaine.
Never had an issue before with a Kia service in other cities, but at Gus is was terrible. I have to take mi car there to get the battery replaced, but they did un update to the software that left the sunroof window malfunctioning so I had to take my car back there, and the people at the service desk were pretty rude. So I had to scream that they did the damage, otherwise I will never go there. I only go to Chatham great and professional service.
We have had nothing but great and friendly service. Our sales associate, Michelle, was very personable and wonderful to work with ! She looked through all the options and made sure all our questions were answered.
This review is truly hard to share but I feel it is necessary. My family and I have been avid Kia lovers for decades my mom is still driving around her 15 year old Kia which has caused her almost no issues. However my experience was not the same. I bought myself a 2023 Kia Rio brand new at 19 something I was so proud of. However today I officially said goodbye to it after only owning it for 2.5 years. I’m not sure exactly what happened with that car but it was not living up to the standards of the other 2 Kias in the family.... read more
Great experience at Kia! The staff were friendly, honest, and helpful. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was quick and stress-free.
