Awful experience. I live behind the dealership and it blasts annoying music all off hours of the evening and night. It makes my family go crazy

All in all a great dealership everyone is super friendly and accommodating every time I come here. Service advisors and parts department are great. Shuttle service is top tier. There overhead is massive so expect to pay marginally more than your independent mechanic shops how ever they have all the software and knowledge about gm vehicles so you can be sure your vehicle is in safe hands. While the sales people and those working in the parts department are genuine, respectful and honest, the same cannot be said for management or the service department. Calls are not returned and you are lied to your face. No need to go into the disrespect displayed by management or the service department as this place will never get mine or my family or friend's business again. Despite buying multiple vehicles over the past several years, gratitude or respect was ever displayed by management or service employees.
