I previously trusted Plumbing by Gus for several jobs, but my latest experience was extremely disappointing. A straightforward toilet leak required multiple return visits, and I was told each time that the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, weeks later I learned my water bill had doubled due to the leak continuing the entire time. This was an avoidable and costly mistake, and I can no longer recommend their services.
