10/10, would recommend! Alex got here, not only on time but even a few minutes ahead of schedule. Thank goodness, because just like their slogan, I was about to cuss..but called Gus.!.! Alex was professional, efficient, and skilled. Thank you, to him and Tim, if I recall correctly, who I initially spoke with. I live and work in Dunedin, I'll be utilizing, and recommeding, you all again.
Called Gus for emergency service and a plumber was at my door within minutes. The plumber and Gus were very pleasant to deal with and problem was resolved immediately. Thankfully it was not an emergency but due to past plumbing issues with other vendors I overreacted. Gus and plumber were understanding. Gus has my business from now on.
We added natural gas to our home and purchased a whole house generator and a tankless water heater. Plumbing Services by Gus handled the installation and hook up of our water heater. Chris was the initial plumber we worked with. He is amazing. He stopped by to advise us on installing the water heater inside the garage or on the outside of our townhouse. I had a leak in my kitchen sink and as I’ve had great success in the past with Gus’ Plumbing I called them. They were able to work me in a little earlier in the day which was helpful and sent out Mike, who is 30 plus years experience. He did a great job and took care of the problem in minutes. Highly recommended.
Tech comes out and runs a snake, takes $200 and the next morning the stoppage is still there. Three days later another one comes and says the job would actually take two techs (a week later) because the water heater has to be taken out of the way. The next week I get a call from a dispatcher telling me that the two guys have called in sick, I'd have to wait another week and the $200 paid the first time would not be discounted. How many stars would you give them?
