This restaurant is great, right on the beachfront. They serve really good barbecue meat. I had the pork chops and the ribs as an appetizer. They were really, really good—some of the best ribs I've had in my life. The sauce was just perfect. For the main course, I ordered the New York steak. The meat was high quality and tasted great, but unfortunately it was overcooked. I asked for medium, but it came well done. The waiter was really, really nice. Beautiful location and Cassandra is amazing.
I was hesitant even after reading the reviews, as sometimes restaurants in resorts are just okay in my opinion. However, even if you aren't staying at The Reefhouse Resort go eat here. The portions are incredible! I had the sautéed Grouper and it was the best I've ever had. My husband had the coconut crusted Grouper and it was also fantastic.
