Very responsive, worked very hard to get preminum down and super competitive. Can't beat the price!
Doesn't know how to keep up with automatic payments.
Went to them for a homeowners policy, thought everything was good to go. Then, I received a letter from my mortgage company notifying me that the policy was no longer active. Called the office, they were closed. Called the 800 number for state farm and was informed that there was no policy in their system. When I finally got in touch with this agency, I was told the policy was fine and she'd fax the documents to my mortgage compnay.
