Gus came to my house to give me a quote on sanding and refinishing our deck. The first words out of his mouth was, "boy, you got a mess here". Our deck hasnt been treated in about 3 yrs so yes wood needed sanding badly and stain. But, that is no way to treat a potential client. Then he told me he charged $640 a day, but had no idea how long it would take. Also kept saying how hard the work was.. "back breaking work" is what he said.
