I am the owner of this business. "Chef John" is a disgruntled neighbor whom I have NEVER done bussiness with. For some reason, he believes that because we live near each other I am obligated to do hundreds of dolars in repair work on his home for free, in order to be "neighborly." Its sad that our reputation can be trashed online for this kind of nonsense
Met Gus in person. Is a very knowledgeable and helpful in his field. He has helped me many times on minor repair at the business I work at. Not only did he fix the things for me. He would explain the reason why and ways to do preventive maintenance to make the item or product last longer. I would recommend doing business with him if you're new or local in the area.
