We hired Gus Construction Services to clean and replace insulation in a crawl space below our floor. Our house is situated on rock and the old insulation had deteriorated, making it very cold and drafty. Gus recommended removing the old insulation and installing new panels between the jousts . Not easy work! He and his coworker worked incredibly hard in a confined & dirty space. Gus was great at communicating their timing and scope. Would recommend Gus Construction Services.
Gus and his team built us a new sundeck. They had good communication and were respectful of the property. Gus stuck to his proposed budget and the construction was solid.
Had Gus here at my house for a few days helping me with some pretty significant repairs, including correcting a leaning 10X10 cabin and a major structural beam repair that involved installation of two steel plates to prop up a sagging roof. Being very pro and very safety aware, the projects went flawlessly. Happy customer!
Contractor provided poor-quality work and failed to fulfill commitments. Left the project incomplete after receiving payment.
