I’m honestly shocked at how often this rec center is closed. Every time I or anyone I know tries to use the facility, the doors are locked or the hours have suddenly changed without warning. It feels like the community can’t rely on this place at all. What’s even worse is how much this affects the youth in the area. Kids and teens need safe, consistent places to go—somewhere to play sports, socialize, stay active, and stay out of trouble.
