Well, when I contacted Gus, he seemed genuinely ready to get my insurance. I followed through on necessary photos, then waited for a call on the appointed day he said I’d get an answer. Nothing. I gave him another day, then another and no call back, so I called. I was told he was in a meeting and would call me after. Nothing. Well, maybe he’s making too much money. He won’t get mine.
